After you call us, we meet to talk about your vision for your home. You outline your ideas and we listen to what you want. We may suggest an architect or designer if you aren’t already working with one. We talk about your budget and you’ll get a good faith estimate. If we decide to work together, we’ll draw up a schedule. During the project, you can hand your concerns over to us. Homeowners become frustrated with contractors who are never there. We’re there. You don’t interface with the electricians and plumbers and other tradesmen that lend their skills to the work—we do. Whenever you have questions or concerns along the way, we work through them with you. We keep you informed by meeting with you weekly and sending e-mail updates, and we maintain a small work area in your home so you have project-related information at your disposal.
